Our Philosophy
Our founder, William Ballard, has built his life's work upon the philosophy of Success in 3D. Drawing on the concept of a dimension (height, width, and depth), his belief is that if people endeavor to grow and develop intentionally in the following three areas, they will achieve success:

Jordan Peterson said, “Dreaming is the birthplace of thinking.” That said, we believe a vision cannot exist without a dream; however, without thinking, we can never turn that dream (or vision) into our desired reality.

- Depth is related to the areas of personal and spiritual growth

In order to accomplish our vision, we will serve two hundred (200) new clients, sell fifty (50) new retainer packages, and receive 98% client satisfaction results tracked by surveys and various other methods by the end of this year's third quarter.

Our business coaches and marketing consultants bring thousands of hours of experience in coaching and mentoring that can shortcut you to results.
Our onboarding programs put our business coaches and marketing consultants through hundreds of hours of training to ensure you get the value you deserve. On top of that, each week, we have all our coaches and consultants split into mastermind groups to tackle challenging client problems - so if they can't solve something in a session with you, they'll have the resources to figure it out for the next meeting.
