William's Story
"Dreamers fantasize; Thinkers materialize" - William Ballard
William ballard, M.A. ECW, MBA

William is a serial entrepreneur and has built a successful career leading and growing organizations based, in large part, on his ability to ask great questions, speak with candor, and identify talented people with whom to collaborate.
It’s from this foundation that William helps aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners, and ministry leaders navigate organizational, industry, and societal changes to move their organizations closer towards their vision.
For the past 14+ years William has spent segments of his career serving both in the ministry and military, as well as in the private sector -- and most recently in academia. Having coached both established business owners and emerging entrepreneurs for several years, William ventured into his full-time business coaching and marketing consulting firm in 2021.
It's been said William has the mind of a business man and the heart of a minister. Coming from a middle-class family, William has a heart for helping people who feel they have so much more to give, but can't seem to escape the rat race. From that place, his coaching style focuses on helping aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners, as well as church leaders and ministers, transform from merely surviving operations to truly thriving organizations -- because he truly believes new entrepreneurs and business owners shouldn't have to go through the process of growing a business (or church/ministry) alone.
William's professional training consists of a Master of Art in English and Creative Writing (M.A. ECW), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelors of Science in Business Management (with a concentration in Small Business and Entrepreneurship).
He has always been fascinated by the idea of creating something from nothing -- and nothing comes closer to that than entrepreneurship. William is also a proud member of the Ada Chamber of Commerce.
Finally, William has always had a deep passion for the Arts, specifically writing and photography. He is a proud member of the Professional Photographers of America and a ferocious reader and thoughtful writer.
